Workshops & Trainings

KVS aims to offer comprehensive long and short-term training, including in-service courses, to enhance the efficiency of individuals in their professional and departmental responsibilities. Moreover, Induction/orientation programmes for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the KVS system are also conducted as and when required. Regular Workshops are being organized in the Vidyalaya as per schedule. It promotes collective work, problem-solving, and synergy among group members, ultimately improving overall performance and achieving organizational objectives.
